The manufacturing process of PCBA process mainly includes the following steps:

PCB empty board through the SMT on the piece. SMT placement processing including solder paste mixing, solder paste printing, SPI, mounting, reflow soldering, AOI, rework and other steps.

Then after AI plug-in processing.

And DIP plug-in processing, including plug-in, welding, cleaning and other steps.

Finally, it is soldered through the tin furnace.

PCBA is a series of PCB circuit board manufacturing, component procurement and inspection, SMT chip processing, plug-in processing, program burning, testing, aging, etc. PCBA processing involves more links, must control the quality of each link in order to produce good products.

PCBA board is divided into SMT and DIP two types of work. SMT is mainly responsible for SMD, solder paste mixing, printing, mounting, welding and other links; DIP is to do plug-ins and post-soldering, including plug-ins, welding and other steps.

In addition, according to different production technology, PCBA process process also has a variety of processes, such as single-sided mixing process, single-sided DIP insertion process, single-sided SMT mounting process, single-sided mounting and double-sided mixing process, double-sided SMT mounting process and insertion of mixed processes. Specifically, it includes a series of processes such as carrier board, printing, placement, reflow, insertion, wave soldering, testing and quality inspection.
